ASHLAND COUNTY: Auction held on location on State Route 179 on the east edge of Hayesville. From Ashland or US RTE 30 take St. Rte 60 south to east on St. Rte. 179. Watch for RES signs.
Real Estate: Selling at Absolute Auction with No Minimums and No Reserves is 63.3 acres of desirable agricultural land. Parcel 1 consists of 27.516 acres of mostly tillable land that is located within the village limits of Hayesville. This parcel is accessed by an owned lot on 179. Parcel 2 is 35.75 acres of nearly all tillable land. The parcels will be offered separate and in combination. A neighbors private driveway does split the 2 lots so please respect the boundary lines.
