The winning bids will be held, and then the property will be offered in it’s entirety, first without the timber, then with the timber (46-119900 then 46-120000), and will sell whichever is the highest price.
TERMS: 10% nonrefundable down on the day of the Auction, and the balance due at closing (approx. 45 days). There will be a 10% buyer’s premium added to the final bid to determine selling price. Buyer will pay $300.00 per parcel survey if sold in parcels. Property will sell as is. All desired inspections must be done prior to bidding. This property is to be sold with no contingencies.
