ASHLAND, Ohio — The Crestview FFA participated in the 2008 Richland County Soils contest in Plymouth Sept. 16. Crestview won first place in both the urban and rural contest.

JEROMESVILLE, Ohio — The Hillsdale FFA chapter sent three members to The Big E in Massachusetts to compete in the agronomy contest Sept. 13-14. The team consisted of Emily Bon, Hannah Shock and Jeff Stimmell.

TORONTO, Ohio — The Bareshoe Wranglers met recently with 13 members present. The meeting was led by Frank Mayer.

The Buddy Walk for charity, Oct. 4, was discussed, and the bonfire party Oct. 26 from 3 to 6 p.m. was planned.

INDIANAPOLIS — The National FFA Organization has 507,763 members in 7,439 FFA chapters across the U.S., Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
