Alex and Karn Uspenski took Farm and Dairy along with them to their wedding and honeymoon in Mazama, Wash. The second longest cross country ski trail network in the U.S. is located there and the valley is filled with horses and great places to trail ride.
Jim and Darleen Martin of Alliance, Ohio, vacationed in Maui, Hawaii, in September. We bet they wish they were back there now — that beach and beautiful ocean sure beat the snow!
In October, Ron and Tammy Waggoner of Bergholz, Ohio, searched for elk on horses in Benezette, Pa. with Farm and Dairy. The couple camped at Big Elk Lick in Elk County.

Sgt. Jon Alvarez, serving with the U. S. Army in Baghdad, received issues of the Farm and Dairy from his sister, Sheri Dickerhoof of Alliance, Ohio. Sgt. Alvarez is originally from Canton, Ohio, and owns a 60-acre hobby farm in Hannibal, N.Y.
In October, Farm and Dairy traveled to Puerto Rico with (left to right) A.J., Abby, Anna and Andrew Perkins for a Bible conference. While we were there, we took the opportunity to hike in the El Yunque Rain Forest. The peak of El Yunque is pictured in the background.

Farm and Dairy visited Napa Valley, Calif., with Charlie Call of Stow, Ohio, and daughter Suzanne Call Cryst of Dayton, Ohio. The Calls attended the annual meeting of the National Consulting Dietitians Association. Suzanne, the retiring president, conducted the business meeting and installed the new president.
Kristyn and Kevin Henslee of Seville, Ohio, brought the Farm and Dairy along on their vacation to Las Vegas. Here they are at the MGM Lazy River. We’re glad they weren’t too lazy to bring us along….we love Vegas!
When we made a plea for readers to send us pictures of Farm and Dairy riding “co-pilot” with them on vacation, Pierre Delafranconi (Burton, Ohio) took us seriously. He brought us aboard a sea-plane ride in Ketchikan, Alaska, where we had a gorgeous view of the mountains and waterfalls.
