In a dairy farm’s employee break room, I saw the following posted: “Our employees are our most important asset.”
That dairy operation knows how important its employees are to the success of its business as it milks more than 1,000 cows.
As our dairies in the area have continued to grow, hired labor has become more important.
To be successful with an expansion, the use of employee training is important.
