<description>&#60;p&#62;We don't have any equipment to drill or plant grass and clover seed into our hay field but I have heard that seed could be broadcast over the field if the hay was cut short and the weather was damp. Would fall be the best time to do this? I would think it would be the natural time, just like grasses or other plants going to seed and planting themselves.
