   Anyone have an anaerobic digestion system on their farm to produce methane gas or electricity? What type and how is it working? Anyone interested in exploring the feasibility of installing one?

   There’s a lot of good information on the Ohio Agricultural Research and Development Center site: http://www.oardc.ohio-state.edu/ocamm/ . They’ve been doing a lot of research and might be able to put you in touch with actual farm folks, if you haven’t already talked to them.

   Last January, F&D ran a story on a Crawford County, Pa., dairy farm in the planning stages of an anaerobic manure digester. http://www.farmanddairy.com/news/crawford-co-dairy-farm-manure-in-electricity-out/676.html Maybe it’s time for us to do an update!
