Well okay, I know how to grow them, plant in dirt then wait to grow. But what I am not certain of is how to harvest them next year when I put out ~10 acres of them. As of this year I am doing a test plot 40x100 ft and the steers love them. Just want to see if anyone has any advice on managing them from planting to harvest. Thanks!
