Representatives of the Columbiana County, Ashtabula County and Carroll County Junior Fair Boards traveled together on a bus to the Ohio Fair Manager’s Convention in Columbus on January 5, 2010. Columbiana County sent 13 youth, Carroll County sent 6 representatives and Ashtabula had 8 for a total of 27 youth plus advisors.
