WARREN, Ohio – Northeast Ohio Adoption Services invites prospective adoptive parents to sign up to attend an information and orientation night Jan. 7 at 6:30 p.m.
The session will be held at 5000 E. Market, Suite 26, in Warren.
There is an urgent need to prepare parents, because in Ohio there are more than 6,000 children, mostly school aged, now waiting for a permanent family.
The information night will be followed by a series of classes for parents – singles or couples – who would like to find out more. Classes are also for those interested in becoming a foster parent.
Parents must be at least 21 years old.
