Banksy, Sirens of the Lambs

Banksy, the mysterious British street-art and graffiti artist, has ended his month-long stay in New York City. According to CNN, he’s bid farewell to the city with a set of balloons that say “BANKSY.”

During his stay, however, Banksy became the thing to talk about in New York —thanks to his signature guerilla artwork popping up around the city.

“Sirens of the Lambs”

One of his exhibits, called “Sirens of the Lambs,” featured a fake slaughterhouse truck, labeled “Farm Fresh Meats,” filled with stuffed animals.

The truck toured the city’s Meatpacking District and then toured the city for another week, according to NPR.

Here’s a video of the exhibit:

The video shows the truck slowly driving through neighborhoods, with the stuffed animals squeaking the entire time. Some of the passers-by react with a bewilderment, while others have a good chuckle.

One unsuspecting baby begins crying at the sight of the truck.
