Buttons, buttons… ‘billions’ of buttons, at Buckeye show

MEDINA – The Buckeye State Button Society show will be April 6-8 at the Best Western Motel, 2875 Medina Rd., in Medina.

Guest speaker John Gooderham of Canada will talk and show slides on making paperweight buttons at 8 p.m., April 6.

Dealers displays will be open from 1-8 p.m. on Friday, 9 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Saturday, and 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday.

Check-in for competitive trays of buttons will be 8-9 a.m. April 7, with judging later that morning.

Awards will be announced at the show general meeting and breakfast Sunday morning.

Admission is $4, with an additional $6.50 for the awards breakfast.
