RANDOLPH, Ohio — The Portage County Randolph Fair steer weigh-in will be held from 7-10 a.m. Nov. 21 at the dairy barns at the fairgrounds. Anyone wishing to take a 4-H steer to the 2016 Randolph Fair must have their steers ear tagged.
