WINONA, Ohio — The Lone Rangers 4-H Club met Jan. 10 at the Winona Friends Church, and welcomed three new members. The club will be having a pepperoni roll fundraiser for the Super Bowl. Demonstrations were given by Dominic DiGiacomo, Tyler Lippiatt, Jack Ayers, John Ayers, Megan Amos and Rachel Amos. The next meeting will be held Feb. 14 at 3 p.m.

DAMASCUS, Ohio — The Circle 62 4-H club from Columbiana County held its first meeting of the year Jan. 9, at the Pearce House in Damascus, and 32 members attended. Returning members elected club officers for 2016. Macie Schrecengost was elected president and Kelly Ginnetti, vice president; Drew Malloy was elected secretary, and junior Kacey Morris was elected treasurer. Joseph Kataro was elected safety reporter, and Devin McHugh was elected health reporter. Kaylen Sanor was elected reporter.

NORTH BENTON, Ohio — Western Reserve Rangers 4-H members who will serve on the 2016 Mahoning County Junior Fair Board include: Erin Styka, Emma Reph, Karl Reph, Olivia Reph, William Reph and Andy Prosser. Mahoning County 4-H Queen Shannon Marshburn attended the Ohio Fair Managers Convention to compete for Miss Ohio State Fair.
Members are reminded county 4-H fashion board applications are due by Feb. 15. 4-H enrollment forms and club dues are due at the next meeting, Feb. 11, 7 p.m., at the Ellsworth Fire Hall. The club is open to new members.
