WARREN, Ohio – The Warren-Trumbull County Public Library is offering free tax assistance, with special attention to residents 60 and older.
American Association of Retired Persons income tax preparers will be located at the following locations:
* Cortland Branch (Viets Memorial Library), 212 North High St., Cortland: Each Tuesday from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. beginning Feb. 4.
Call 330-638-6335 to register for an appointment.
* Howland Branch, 9095 East Market St., Warren: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. beginning Feb. 4.
No appointment needed; first come, first served. Electronic filing available.
* Liberty Branch, 3551 Belmont Ave., in the Liberty Plaza: Each Friday from 9:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. beginning Feb. 7.

* Main Library, 444 Mahoning Ave., Warren, Thomas Meeting Room, second floor: Each Friday from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. beginning Feb. 7.
