WARREN, Ohio – Distinguished professor of history emeritus George W. Knepper from the University of Akron will talk on the topic of “Ohio Must Lead: Ohio’s Significance in the Civil War” April 5 at 2 p.m. at the Warren-Trumbull County Public Library.
Knepper has also written six books and numerous articles on Ohio’s history. The program is free and open to the public. Registration is not required.
