DELAWARE, Ohio – Researcher Deborah Stinner will be leading a weekend workshop on holistic management at the Stratford Ecological Center in Delaware, Ohio, Nov. 16-17.

Sessions run from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m.

The holistic management concept is a comprehensive planning/management process and decision-making framework. It is a process that allows people to make decisions, based on their deepest values, which will be economically, socially and environmentally sound. In holistic management, farmers, their families, land, community and the business of growing food are defined as an inseparable whole.

Day one of this introductory workshop will focus on learning how to develop a holistic goal and to use the holistic management decision-making framework. On Day Two, participants will focus on the advanced financial planning module.

Registration is $30 per day or $55 for both, lunches included. To register call 740-363-2548 or e-mail treebeing@aol.com.
