WARREN, Ohio – Author Allan May will discuss organized crime during a visit to the Warren-Trumbull County Public Library, 444 Mahoning Ave. NW, Warren at 6:30 p.m. March 21.

May, a mafia historian, will talk on “Organized Crime in the Mahoning Valley – The Prohibition Years.”

Learn about local organized crime activity dating back a full century, including the murder of mob boss “Big Jim” Falcone; the how to’s of bootlegging; the case of corrupt Youngstown safety director David Scott and more.
