Museum of Ceramics to hold annual spring lecture series

EAST LIVERPOOL, Ohio – The East Liverpool Museum of Ceramics will hold its annual lecture series starting March 7.

Participants view the ware of the Museum of Ceramics’ Collection in Storage which has been closed to the public for over 20 years.

Each lecture will be held from 7-9 p.m. The cost for this four-week series is $20. Preregistration is encouraged.

Dates and topics.

Lecture dates are as follows:

* March 7 – Justine Vidrios, “Laughlin Art China-Homer Laughlin’s Specialties”

* March 14 – Donna & Bill Cray, “Wallace, Chetwynd and Cartwright”

* March 21 – Joan Witt, “The Edwin M. Knowles China Co.”

* March 28 – Bill Pomeroy, “Hotelware of the Homer Laughlin China Co.”
