Ohio woodland steward program offered in March

CALDWELL, Ohio – The Ohio Woodland Steward Program will be offered March 28-30 in Noble County, Ohio.

The program will consist of three all-day sessions starting at 8:30 a.m. and includes two field trips. The program provides 25 hours of intensive training in woodland management.

The registration fee is $60 and includes refreshments and resource materials. Volunteers who complete the program will receive a certificate of completion, an Ohio Woodland owner notebook, and other items of recognition.

Interested landowners are encouraged to register before March 21. Participation is limited and preregistration is required.
