WASHINGTON COURTHOUSE, Ohio — Auctioneer Nick Cummings, of Schrader Real Estate and Auction Co., held a farm equipment auction Dec. 2 in New Holland, Ohio.
The highest selling item was an International 1086 tractor and duals for $18,000. Other top sellers included a John Deere 750 no till drill for $11,000, a 12 row John Deere 7200 Planter for $11,000 and a GMC bucket truck for $13,500.
Auctioneer Nick Cummings, of Schrader Real Estate and Auction Co., also held a land auction Dec. 3 in Archbold, Ohio.
The 109 acres of Ohio farmland sold for $495,000.
