NORTH BEAVER TOWNSHIP —Thomas M. (Tom) Wallace, of North Beaver Township passed away unexpectedly onAug. 31, 2013 at the family farm.
Wallace was born May 31, 1952 in New Castle Pa. He was one of five children to the late John M. and Margaret Marcella (Macklin) Wallace.
He grew up and farmed his entire life in North Beaver Township. He attended and graduated from the Mohawk area High School, class of 1970. He served his country as a Navy Veteran for 5 years. Wallace married his wife, the former Leila Larsen June 6, 1981 and she survives. He was affiliated with the Westfield Presbyterian Church.
Wallace loved family and was a devoted husband, father and brother.
He leaves behind his wife Leila, a son, Timothy Wallace, a daughter, Katherine Wallace, all at home. He also leaves behind a sister Margaret Franke of Truchas, New Mexico. Brothers, Ed (Jim) Wallace of North Beaver Township, Jonathan Wallace of Beaver Falls, Pa. and Clifford (Cliff) Wallace, of Enon Valley, Pa.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister-in-law Brenda. There will be no public Services for Tom. However, family received friends and well-wishers at the family residence Sept. 5, 2013. He will be laid to rest in the Battery B Cemetery in North Beaver Township.
