Katrina Brye of Winona, Ohio, is a member of Team Bill at the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Md. Team Bill is in charge of caring for the Navy’s mascot, an Angora goat named Bill. Brye, now a first class officer, is a former Columbiana County 4-H’er and her farm background made her a good pick for the team. Brye’s older brother, Eric, was also a member of Team Bill several years ago.
