Dilled Cucumbers

h4>Ingredients: 2 medium cucumbers (seedless if possible) 1/2 cup sour cream or yogurt, reduced fat 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill Season with salt and freshly ground pepper Directions: Thinly slice the cucumbers. Combine yogurt and dill with sliced cucumbers. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve chilled.

Cranberry Topped Cheese and Cucumber ‘Crackers’
