Carmel Apple Dip

Ingredients: 8 oz. light cream cheese, softened 3/4 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Chopped peanuts (optional) Directions: Beat all ingredients until blended. Garnish with chopped nuts if desired. Serve with freshly sliced apples.

Spinach Dip

Submitted by Debra Flinner of Canton, OH Ingredients: 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained Pinch dried parsley 1/2 cup grated onion 1t. white pepper 1t. salt 2 cups real mayonnaise 1/2 cup sour cream Directions: Mix all together. Serve with vegetables of your choice or with rye bread.

Vegetable Dip

Submitted by Debra Flinner of Canton, OH Ingredients: 1 cup Miracle Whip 1T. grated onion 1t. curry powder 1/2t. paprika 8 drops tobasco sauce 1/2t. dry mustard 1t. horseradish Salt and pepper to taste Raw vegetables Directions: Mix all ingredients together. Chill. Serve with vegetables.

Artichoke Bake Dip

Submitted by Debra Flinner of Canton, OH Ingredients: 1 can artichoke hearts, chopped 1 small can green chilies, chopped 1 cup real mayonnaise 1 cup grated parmesan cheese Directions: Combine all ingredients in oven-proof bowl. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Serve hot with crackers.
