American Pierogi


  • 1 1/2 s elbow macaroni or egg noodles, cooked
  • 4 medium potatoes, cooked and mashed with milk
  • 1/4 lb. grated American cheese
  • 1 onion, diced (saute in 1/4 cup butter)


Grease casserole dish. Layer noodles, potatoes and cheese. Top with butter and onion mixture. Bake at 375° 30 minutes.
