- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon coarse black pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano
- 1 teaspoon thyme leaf
- 1/8 teaspoon red cayenne pepper, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 4 to 6 chicken breasts, skinned
- butter, melted
Preheat oven to 375°. Grease 13×9-inch glass baking dish. Combine seasonings. Dip chicken in butter; sprinkle with seasoning mixture. Place chicken in dish with meaty side up. Bake uncovered in preheated oven 1 hour.
