Baked Cheese Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1oz butter
  • 4ozs grated cheese

Directions:

  1. Scrub potatoes very thoroughly, and bake in jackets until soft (about one hour). Cut in half, scoop out all the potato, and mash well with the butter and cheese. Refill cases with this mixture, and return to oven to heat through and brown on top.
