Banana Ice Milk

Ingredients

• 1 banana, sliced
• 1 1/2 s skim milk
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
In blender, puree banana slices with 1/2 cup of milk, vanilla and cinnamon. With motor running, slowly add remaining milk. Freeze mixture in standard ice cream maker. If you don’t have an ice cream maker, freeze mixture in shallow bowl or pan. Stir every 15 to 20 minutes for first 2 hours to prevent from freezing solid too fast, then allow to set.
