- 1 ripe banana
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 4 graham crackers broken in half
In a medium bowl mash banana with a fork. Mix in peanut butter. Put a spoonful of the banana/peanut butter mixture onto half a graham cracker. Cover with another half of graham cracker. Wrap each sandwich in plastic and place in freezer for 3 hours.
