  • 2 pounds tilapia filets
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 cups vegetable oil
  • Directions

    Combine paprika, salt, black pepper, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, ketchup and vegetable oil in large bowl, mixing until well blended. Baste fish with sauce and place in preheated 350º oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Brush frequently with sauce.
