- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound lean ground beef or ground turkey
- 1 bag 16 oz frozen cut green beans, thawed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup California walnut pieces
In large skillet, heat oil and garlic over medium heat about 30 seconds. Add beef and beans; sprinkle with salt. Mix well. Cook 5 minutes or until beef is well browned, stirring occasionally. Stir in California walnuts; cook 2 minutes more. Serves 4
Serving Suggestion: Serve over hot cooked egg noodles or rice.
