- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 soy flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/3 old-fashioned oats
- 3/4 soymilk
- 3/4 water
- 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Add all ingredients to bread machine and process on sweet or basic bread cycle according to manufacturer?s directions. Let loaf cool 15 minutes before slicing. Makes 1 loaf.
