Strawberry Bread

Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 teaspoons oil
- 2 cups crushed strawberries, sweetened or unsweetened
- 1 cup chopped nuts, optional
Directions
Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Beat sugar and eggs together; then add vanilla extract and oil. Add flour mixture, alternating with strawberries, to the creamed mixture. Then add nuts and mix. Pour into two large greased loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 30-45 minutes, until cake tester comes out clean.
