  • 1 cup fresh or frozen fruit (berries, peaches or banana)
  • 6 oz. low-fat yogurt (vanilla or complimentary flavor for fruit)
  • 1/2 cup low-fat milk
  • 1 envelope vanilla instant breakfast drink mix (optional)
  • 6 ice cubes
  • Directions

    Place all ingredients but ice in blender and process until smooth. Add ice and blend again. Makes 1 serving.
