  • 2 large bunches broccoli, cut bite-size
  • 2 cups raisins
  • 1 lb . bacon, fried crisp, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 honey
  • 1 small onion, diced or 1 1/2 cups green onions, chopped
  • 2 cups sunflower nuts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 wine vinegar
  • 1/4 sugar


Combine broccoli, raisins, bacon, cheese, onion and sunflower nuts; set aside. Combine vinegar and sugar. Mix mayonnaise and honey into vinegar mixture. Add dressing to salad 2 hours prior to serving.
