- 1 small box sugar free, instant vanilla pudding
- 2 containers fat free lemon yogurt (4 or 6 oz.)
- 1 fresh lemon
- 1 (4 oz) tub of fat free, sugar free cool whip
- 1 reduced fat graham cracker crust
Combine pudding and yogurt, grate rind (quantity based on individual taste) and squeeze juice into mixture. Add 3/4 of the cool whip. Pour into crust. Garnish with balance of cool whip — only 125 calories per 1/8 of the pie slice.
