Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients

  • Graham or chocolate cookie crust
  • 1 generous cup of peanut butter
  • 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese
  • 1 cup of confectioner’s sugar
  • 1 (8 ounce) container of whipped topping
  • Hot fudge sauce

Directions

Beat together peanut butter, cream cheese and confectioner’s sugar. Beat until well blended. Fold in whipped topping. Freeze. Serve with hot chocolate fudge sauce drizzled over. Ruth writes, “We like it frozen, but can be served thawed.”
