Candy Trifles

Ingredients:

• 1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 Cup Spanish peanuts
• 2 Cups chow mein noodles
• 1/4 Cup coconut (optional)

Directions:

1. In a double boiler over hot water, melt chocolate pieces.
2. Stir in nuts and noodles until well coated.
3. Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Chill until firm.
