- 1 lb. carrots, sliced and cooked until tender
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 tablespoons margarine
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 cup mild Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 cup stuffing mix, crumbled
Drain carrots. saute onion in margarine. Combine all ingredients except stuffing mix. Place in casserole; sprinkle stuffing mix over top. Bake at 350° about 30 minutes.
