Broccoli Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 large head broccoli, chopped into 1-inch pieces (equals 3 cups)
- 1/2 cup low fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
Wash and trim broccoli. Cook in a covered pot, in a small amount of boiling water about 8-10 minutes. Drain. Place broccoli in a 1 quart casserole dish. Combine remaining ingredients. Spoon over broccoli. Bake, uncovered at 400° for 10-15 minutes or until bubbly.
