Ingredients

  • 2-4 leftover burgers, broken up
  • 2 cups cooked pasta or rice OR 1-2 leftover buns broken into small pieces
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup diced veggies (frozen, fresh or rinsed canned
  • 1-2 cups of “sauce” (can be pizza sauce, creamed soup, white sauce, gravy etc.)

Directions

Place all ingredients into a large bowl and mix together well. Place into either a skillet and simmer until 165°, stirring often or place into a casserole dish and bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 325°.
