  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/16 teaspoon cloves
  • 1/16 teaspoon allspice
  • 2 cups hot double strength coffee


Heat milk in heavy saucepan over low heat, beating constantly until hot and foamy. Stir spices into hot coffee. Pour milk and coffee simultaneously into pitcher so that milk and coffee blend as they are poured. Serve in cups with cinnamon stick stirrers, if desired.
