Cinnamon Pecans



  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tablespoon cold water
  • 1 lb. pecans
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon


Beat egg white and water together until frothy. Stir pecans into mixture. In another bowl, mix sugar, salt and cinnamon. Stir pecans into sugar mixture until well coated. Spread on large cookie sheet and
bake at 275° 45 minutes stirring every 15 minutes.
