- 1 lb. margarine or butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup potato chips, crushed
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 1/2 s flour
- 1/2 chopped nuts, optional
Directions
Blend shortening, sugar and vanilla together.; add crushed potato chips. Mix in flour and nuts. Form into small balls; crush with fork. Bake on ungreased cookie sheets at 350° 12 to 15 minutes. Makes 50 cookies.
