Cranberry Topped Cheese and Cucumber ‘Crackers’

Ingredients:

  • 1 wedge of The Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss
  • 1/2 fresh cucumber sliced (about 10 slices)
  • 20 dried cranberries

Directions:

  1. Yields 10 “crackers”.
  2. Spread one wedge of The Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss cheese evenly on the cucumber slices.
  3. Top each with about 2 dried cranberries.
