Cream Of Potato Soup



  • potatoes, cut into small pieces
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • butter
  • 2 teaspoons flour
  • 1/2 pint sour cream


Cook potatoes in salted water until soft. Brown onion in butter; add to potatoes and water the potatoes were cooked in. Mix water with flour to make thickening agent. Add to potatoes along with sour cream. Another good soup when feeling poorly.
