Artichokes with Dill Dip
Ingredients
- 2 fresh artichokes, cleaned and trimmed
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoons dried dill weed
Directions
Wrap each artichoke in a paper towel and microwave until tender (about 10-15 minutes). Combine mayonnaise and dill weed. Serve.
