Artichokes with Dill Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 fresh artichokes, cleaned and trimmed
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoons dried dill weed

Directions

Wrap each artichoke in a paper towel and microwave until tender (about 10-15 minutes). Combine mayonnaise and dill weed. Serve.
