- 2 1/2 ozs Port wine
- 1/2 tablespoon dry mustard
- 12 ozs. Cheddar cheese spread, softened
- 1 1/2 tablespoons horseradish
- 1 1/2 ozs. Worcestershire sauce
Mix all ingredients. Store in container with lid. Refrigerate. Serve on crackers using knife to spread on cheese.
